At the start of 2019 I was chilled out yet confused.
I had just spent six months travelling around the country trying to find “myself”.
I searched a thousand beaches, idyllic swimming holes and emptied bottles of rose.
I headed to Thailand with my best mates and searched islands, got blessed by a monk and created the perfect mojito.
I then put my flat, thong wearing feet back into heels and thought real estate coaching and management would be my gig.
I just couldn’t be confined to the cloak and dagger of the real estate world.
I had to do this with my rules and my values.
In May I stood on the platform of the darkest, scariest, fastest and tallest rollercoaster ride and bought a very expensive ticket.
The roller coaster pulled up and the carriage said “MY AGENT CHRISTINE EWIN”.
In the carriage were the smiling excited faces of those who wanted to come with me. My 3 M’s. Megan, Maddy and Mickey.
There was the faces of their families and my family and friends.
Then there was the extended community who bought chairs, popcorn and drinks settling back to watch me put on my seatbelt and get on board.
The slow momentum and sound of the tracks underneath me as we ascended.
This gave me time to question myself. What I was doing? Why did I decide to do this? Was I going to survive?.
Before I knew it, the carriage was hurtling down the other side at the speed of sound, spinning, jolting me sideways and taking me out of my comfort zone.
I was terrified.
Then the adrenaline kicked in.
The twists and turns had me throw my head back and laugh.
I put my hands in the air and succumb to the fast pace and the screams of laughter.
I found myself.
This is what I should have done years ago.
My Agent was an overwhelming success.
Straight out of the gates.
My pink Love Hearts with SOLD started to crop up everywhere.
With over 30 sales in 5 months and 25 property managements.
My Agent Team is just elated and ready for a break.
See you all January 2nd 2020 for our next adventure.
