At My Agent we have a wide knowledge of the current rental market and market history. We examine current and future trends, past and current rental data and also receive up-to date information from industry bodies. Taking into account all of these factors, plus your own property’s assets, unique selling points and presentation we are able to determine an accurate rental appraisal for your property.
We then work to find the best possible tenant for your property ensuring a stable rental income.
Each year we examine each lease agreement, taking into account the current rent, CPI index, the market conditions and evaluate the rental return. If there have been changes to the market place, we will then propose a rental increase to bring your returns in line with the current market conditions.
Not only do we believe in preventative maintenance – we plan for it, for you!
