Our Story
People refer family and friends to Christine. They say “Let me call my agent Christine Ewin”.
The business name was created with no make up, in pink PJ pants at 10pm at night with a cup of tea in her hand. The symbolism was poetic.
Authentic and down to earth. Wanting to build a brand that she would be proud of. A business born from warmth and compassion combined with straight shooter honesty.

Chris has no cloak and dagger, her transparency is compelling and she has a strong track record, this agency had to be an extension of who she is. Owners and lessors at no stage should feel the hard sell or slickness well known in the industry.

Real estate chose me.
I had never owned a home, attended an open house or knew what the market was doing. I was thrown into sales when I said yes to a job offer in 2001 and hoped I would like it. In my first year I won International Best New Talent for the LJ Hooker franchise and a trip to San Francisco to attend training on a global level. I was considered a unicorn by my peers, they said I had an X factor that no one could duplicate.
A change of franchise and business strategy and next I am a key note speaker at an Australian real estate conference for a franchise that I had been crowned their number 1 sales person. They wanted to understand how I became so successful. It’s a bit embarrassing to think I had no formula but that I am a hugger, I like humans and I love being part of solving people’s real estate issues.
Clients like me; because I am me. Sometimes too honest. Sometimes a little too cheeky. But I am always authentic, ethical and have built my personal brand by not being guarded or having an over inflated sense of who I am.
“My Agent” was born from an overwhelming desire to build a business, working with likeminded people. A team that are compassionate, honest and real. No room for show ponies or commission hounds willing to trade their truth for dollars. The company has to reflect my values, my ethics and be an extension of who I am.

More than meets the eye.
A Personal Assistant/Receptionist is usually quiet, time efficient and chronically organised. When I met Maddy, she was all of that but with a quirky sense of humour and an infectious giggle. I was to learn that there was so much more to be known about our girl.
Maddy is a very successful jockey, well known at country races across the state. Her days starts early on the back of a horse so she starts at 10am in the office. We support her training and travelling to attend Saturday race meeting across NSW so she has some Friday’s off. You need to look at her race history, winning on the back of a Gai Waterhouse trained horse you would find her blush.
She is so humble, genuine with a lovely nature. Maddy is the perfect asset to our team of rowdy achievers. A wonderful team player that is a smiling face when you walk into our office. I love the fact we have such a dedicated young woman in our midst. Her fearless approach to life is evident in her “can do” attitude at work. Nothing is too much trouble. Engaging, personable and warm. She was instantly likeable and humble. Naturally an over achiever with a passion and general love for people. Local girl Megan Burrows comes home to join the team at My Agent Christine Ewin.
Starting at a Batemans Bay real estate agency straight after school laid the foundations for her future.
Starting as the director of first impressions she learnt the craft of customer service and being part of a team.
The city lights and ability to advance her knowledge in the field of property management took her to Canberra. Megan was a huge asset to Ray White Canberra as a property manager describing her as systemised and dedicated.
Whilst working in their high tech corporation Megan went on to manage a portfolio of over 130 properties.
She loved the fast pace and energy of the real estate industry.
Part of a huge team she learnt the processes, the commitment required to be an effective highly respected property manager. After years away from home, it was time to be closer to family and we are so fortunate to have her join us as our senior property manager.
Her expertise will bring the city style structure to the team along with her beautiful nature, we are blessed to have her part of My Agent.
